shouldn't we re-use other efforts that have already spent time and energy on this matter ? I mean, XDoclet is proven and is being used by thousands of people.
Furthermore, I think most AndroMDA users will not be so confident in the generated code if we would write this stuff ourselves.
What are your arguments for cutting out XDoclet ? Is there something that cannot be done ? Even in those cases I think it would be more interesting to apply fixes to the xdoclet codebase.
Anyway, did you already send your templates or did you already commit them ? Because I would like to add web-services to the templates (I need them in a project)
