Actually we are working on 2.6.24-rc6 git. Most of patches are intrusive enough,
so they aren't suitable for stable branch. THE problem of tosa is
suspend/resume.
I would recommend checking if it's at least partially fixed by using current
wm97xx support from git.wolfsonmicro.com or falling back to wm97xx-lg7-r0
which was used for 2.6.17 and adapting it to 2.6.23 (trivial IMHO).
Unfortunately I won't be able to do this for a week or two, my tosa is currently
highly customised to help develoment and I don't want to loose that.

2.6.17 was working for tosa last time I checked and had less stability problems
with respect to suspend/resume. So maybe we can fallback to it.
