Well, follow the directions in the wiki to set up your own development environment. I have a lot of conceptual difficulties with bitbake / monotone. I'm not that familiar with it and I just don't understand some of the underlying concepts; I am much more used to the openwrt build system, so I've probably beat my head against more stupid mistakes than most. Feel free to ask if you need another newbie's views. :-) It doesn't really cost anything other than time - provided you have a linux box. :-) I'd be very interested in your results with the N810, in particular the wireless. If the version available in the US can be coaxed to use channel 13 (Japanese reg domain), I'd be very tempted to buy one. I've spent a lot of $$$ getting wifi cards that work both in the US and in Japan, and my experimental budget is gone. (The problem is that I visit Japan, buy some stuff, and by the time I figure out it won't work with linux, I'm back in the US and I can't return the card...) :-( --Yan _______________________________________________ Angstrom-distro-devel mailing list Angstrom-distro-devel@linuxtogo.org http://lists.linuxtogo.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/angstrom-distro-devel
