Yes it's qt3 based. so building it against qt4 should not be too difficult.

I'm not sure how heavy a full-blown qt4 will be on Angstrom. Well, isn't 
the whole idea of opie replacing qt & gpe replacing gtk to provide a 
light weight alternative? I'm a little speechless to find we are back to 
where we started years ago.
