Do I still need to do the /etc/X11/Xsession.d/98enlightenment thing?
The file doesn't exist.

Try an ipkg udtate; ipkg upgrade and then reinstall e-wm (you have
to remove e dependencies too - elibcore*). That worked for me.

I have tried installing e17, and didn't come across the same bug as
mentioned/closed recently. All seems to install fine. Just that I
cannot actually launch it.
I had a look at the wiki, and whether I do the following or not it
doesn't work:
"NOTE: As of 5-2-2007, Angstrom's ipk for E17 doesn't properly
change the startup scripts. You'll need to open /etc/X11/Xsession.d/
98enlightenment and change
exec enlightenment
to
exec enlightenment_start
Otherwise, E17 will complain about being started with the wrong
invocation."
Infact I just get returned to the login screen.
Any ideas?
PS Running latest x11
