Brilliant - so flash driver works for h2200. Couple of months ago I
tried booting h2200 (after the driver change) with no result.

Try looking for something like
root on sd mmc cf

There was something like that in familiar wiki :

Use USB/serial console.

SD/CF cards are cheap  nowadays.... :P
Also - try finding the recipe for moving that dirs to external card,
and it it fails or you have some extra thoughts write again...
