thanks for your insightful feedback! A few more questions, though:
- How does one get the root partition installed on SD or CF card? I did
not read about that possibility yet ... compared with internal flash,
how does that behave speed-wise?
- As there are obviously fans of SD cards: Am I the only user of an
HX4700 struggling with the eject mechanism of the SD card? The
slightest press on the card (e.g., when pressing the suspend/resume
button) makes the card eject, sometimes with tragic consequences such
as killing the partition table ...
- What kind of devices can one connect to the CF card slot?
