How do you try to charge it? Via PC's USB? Or you have a wall adapter? I had very similar problem with my wife's Linux-based Motorola A780 phone. When it's battery discharged completely I can use only the wall adapter (with mini-USB connector) to charge it. When plugged in PC's the USB controller won't provide power, since the device is not recognized. When the first time it happened I just removed the battery and charged it using a power supply (but it's dangerous, of course). I believe that your H4150 is still alive, and I'd advise you to get a wall adapter with a USB connector.
