Thanks for this - I think I will start using the RC version and report any 
issues if I have any. I guess it is taking longer than expected but no 
worries. I am just starting a greenfield project using angular and need to 
take into account version 2.0 so am very interested in the migration path 
in the longer term.
I appreciate all the effort on this but maybe it should have been made 
clearer that we are looking around 2-3 months for a stable version of 1.4 
rather than a few weeks.
