This update implements one main change: the included YANG modules for constrained versions of the Voucher/Voucher-Request are removed. Instead, the modules in draft-ietf-anima-rfc8366bis-07 are now referenced.

While the BRSKI voucher is typically encoded in JSON, Constrained BRSKI uses a compact CBOR-encoded voucher. The BRSKI voucher is extended with new data types that allow for smaller voucher sizes.
