Let me recap to make sure I understand.
1. In section 2 (Terminology), we define VAR. (done)
2. In section 3, in use cases, we might start a new section starting at
paragraph four ("The procedures defined...") and in that section, we'd expand
the explanation for how the interaction with a Value Added Reseller would work?
We might use some made up company names. (That's increasingly hard!)
I think that the RFC9182 might be a typo for another RFC.
