Dear ANIMA-WG

ANIMA will meet in person (and remote) in Madrid @ IETF123 for a two hour 
meeting,
on Monday, 14:40 - 16:30 local time in room Escorial.

Quick explanation:
&nbsp; As you (like Steffen)&nbsp; may have seen, we had a messup with the 
planned ANIMA WG meeting @ IETF123
&nbsp; in Madrid.&nbsp; Or in other words "Toerless was totally persuaded that 
he clicked through the session
&nbsp; request web page - but somehow didn't. And didn't check back before 
deadline" (mea maxima culpa).
&nbsp; 
&nbsp; Long story short, we had to resort the the help of the wonderful IETF 
secretariat to get the
&nbsp; ANIMA session still on the agenda. But that now means it's in a 2 hour 
slot and not in a 
&nbsp; standard meeting room, but in the large side-meeting room at the ground 
floor. And because
&nbsp; there is another meeting directly before the ANIMA WG meeting, i am 
calculating that we
&nbsp; may need to start a tad bit later (5..10 minutes) for the room to clear.
