Hi Giovanni,

I think on Ubuntu the library must be FToolsUtils.py, located in
/usr/share/qgis/python/plugins/processing/algs/ftools. Please, check if the
file exists. It should be there if you have QGIS 2.x installed.

Also, you wrote "FtoolsUtilis". I assume that's a misspell and not the
actual error message.
