Dear Colleagues,

The NomCom wishes Resource Members to be aware that on Friday 13 June 2025, a
Judge of the Commercial Division of the Supreme Court of Mauritius, sitting in
chambers, made an injunction following a without notice and ex parte
application made by the Tanzanian Internet Service Providers Association.

The injunction prohibits and restrains e-voting being opened on 16 June and
in-person voting being conducted on 23 June. Accordingly:

1. e-voting is not presently expected to open on 16 June 2025.
2. in person voting is not presently expected to take place on 23 June 2025.

However, the situation could change and change quickly. Resource Members are
therefore encouraged to monitor developments closely.

The Court has not suspended the election from taking place altogether, but it
is not known at this time when e-voting and in person voting will proceed.

The NomCom will issue further communiques to Members as information becomes
available and may publish supplementary Election Guidelines or other such
documents as may be required to ensure the proper conduct of the election.
