The Supreme Court has today 18 June 2025, set aside, the interim order in the
nature of an injunction granted, on 13 June 2025, restraining the holding of
the election for the reconstitution of the Board of Directors of the African
Network Information Centre, for both e-voting and in-person voting.
We wish to inform members that holding of the election for the reconstitution
of the Board of Directors of the African Network Information Centre will now
proceed as follows:
The e-voting will start today 18 June 2025. E-voters will receive instructions
to participate in their respective electronic mailboxes.
The in-person voting will be held at Hennessy Park Hotel 65 Ebene Cybercity,
Ebene, Mauritius, on Monday 23 June 2025 between 10 am and 3pm. The polling
station is located "Cyber 2" first floor accessible from the hotel reception.
