Dear Friends: I can't make it down to Richmond on Tuesday, but it is my
understanding that the Senate Priveleges & Elections Committee will be meeting
Tuesday at 4PM at or near the State Capitol in Richmond. If you can, please go
there to speak out against HB2642, which would make it illegal to pay
petitioners on any basis related to signature production. I have already
spoken with Sen. Chap Petersen, who said he will vote against the measure.
Please help through your in-person presence at the Senate P&E Committee meeting
