If Peter finds another commiter to agree with his reasons ( given that this will be optional, and the default behavior won't change ) - then he'll have a veto. In which case I can declare the classloader changes as a 'revolution', and ask for it to become the new codebase - based on majority voting. Nothing says that a revolution needs to change every line of code or the whole architecture.
