What's X? And doesn't that depend on the kind of link (PON, DSL, P2P)?
But we wouldn’t do it for a single IP.
Though tbh it sounds more like an issue with the block list than anything to do
with the IP address, your ISP or anyone else.
MIPSpace.com. They're ID 595 in Valli's multirbl list, but they're not tested
when you run the lookup.
