Fully aware that I may stand accused of being
a hair-splitter here: the 'cruelty' to animals, the
creatures that have come to depend on humanity
just as humanity has come to depend on them,
is actually experienced and can only be experienced
as cruelty to humans. The corporations put their profits
above concern for cruelty to humans.
