Azeri Press Agency January 25, 2010 Supreme Court rules NATO radar construction suspension Ayaz Abdulla Baku: Hungary’s Supreme Court has ruled to suspend building permission for the NATO radar on a hill overlooking the south-eastern city of Pecs, the city mayor’s office told MTI on Monday, APA reports quoting MTI Daily Bulletin web-page. The Supreme Court ruling on January 20 came as the result of a re-examination of the case filed by civil organizations of a November 27 ruling which had given the green light to the project. In December last year, the Defense Ministry said the construction of the NATO radar on Tubes hill would continue, weather permitting.
