You can find a patch for the nsperm problem in this OpenACS thread: http://openacs.org/forums/message-view?message_id=161658 The NsDb interface has been moved from the AOLserver core into a new "nsdb" module. The goal is to enable a full replacement of nsdb in the future. If you load the nsdb module you'll find ns_getcsv is still there.
