In your AOLserver config, are you loading the nsdb.so module?  You need
to do that in order to get ns_db.

Perhaps we should create a Tcl proc called ns_db that gets defined if
nsdb.so isn't loaded that throws an error like "ns_db requires nsdb.so
module" ... hmm ...
