Everyone,

Brooks NOT using the nsencrypt module that's in SourceForge and
available from aolserver.com.  He's using a totally different (and
AOL-internal) nsencrypt module which has a different Tcl API from the
open source nsencrypt module.

For those who are curious: the AOL nsencrypt module uses the RSA BSAFE
library instead of OpenSSL.
