There's a few things already there, but I totally agree -- there could
be a lot more.  There's nothing stopping you (plural) from adding a
tutorial of your own!

Perhaps someone could write up a "How to set up SQL-Ledger under
AOLserver" tutorial?  Would be a good example of how to configure nscgi
for at least ONE apparently popular CGI-based app.
