i would not give up fast on that. What ist your stack-size setting,
when the system crashes? Set it to a value between your current
value and 2mb.

From your other posting i conclude, that it normally crashes more
frequent, since you mentioned " ... estimate about 100
times from 100,000 page requests a day right now.....".

The "could not allocate memory" shows that you are most likely
running a 32bit version which gets a size close to 2GB. You could
reduce resource consumption (e.g. less connection threads) or compile
with 64 bit.
