Com que hi ha d'haver article en les dues llengües (a diferència de
Marruecos<>el Marroc), jo crec que val més entrar el topònim com a "Molí
Mató". Així si no hi ha article, també es farà la traducció.
Si no, crec que s'han de fer entrades com aquestes en els dos monolingües:

La majoria d'aquestes entrades em pareix que no funcionen bé: estan ben
fetes en el monolingüe cat, però no en el monolingüe spa.
