Hi again, Oh, the prefix is the path? I have installed apertium in: /home/per/Repository/apertium
and checked out the cg to: /home/per/Repository/vislcg3 I tried: ./cmake.sh -DCMAKE_INSTALL_PREFIX=/home/per/Repository and it seemed to work, but I still fail when trying to compile the pair nn-nb, because the CG is missing: error: You don't have cg-proc installed. Apparently, I should install the CG somewhere else.
