Ah! Wouldn't it be a good idea to put a warning on the Wiki page about
the Constraint Grammar: DO NOT USE PREFIX, if you don't know what you
are doing! A beginner should be able to just copy the commands.

I started all over again, this time simply using:

./cmake.sh

and the rest worked like a charm.

I've tested nynorsk-bokmål and it works:

echo "De offisielle språkene i NRK er norsk og samisk. NRK skal bidra
til å styrke og utvikle disse språkene. Minst 25 prosent av
verbalinnslagene i radio og fjernsyn skal være på nynorsk." | apertium
-d /home/per/Repository/apertium-nn-nb nn-nb

A bit odd that "språkene" is an unknown word ...
