I am sorry, but '3.2' is a very wide statement, as lttoolbox-java has more
or less always been in version 3.2 :-)

We should really do a new release, both of Java and C version and bump both
version numbers up to 3.3.

Meanwhile, please use the SVN version, it is stable and fine.
