Two things
1) Can you zip up a directory, not just the files. e.g. when I extract,
it should extract to a directory.
2) When I try to run it, I get:
make: *** No rule to make target 'apertium-eo-en.en.tsx', needed by
'en-eo.prob'. Stop.
Can you make sure that the file is a full testcase ?
3) Does Jacob's java port implement tagger training ? If so do you get
the same bug when trying there ?
