25 pairs and 5 languages cannot currently be built, because Apertium
r58127, r58154, r58163 added extra checks to apertium-validate-dictionary
that cause errors akin to "Duplicate key-sequence [...] in unique
identity-constraint 'pardef-unique'."
Either that needs to be made a warning, or everyone capable need to check
over these languages/pairs with latest apertium/lttoolbox:
