Thanks! The duplicate-key-sequence error in apertium-es-an pair is now fixed.

I made it a warning for now; but if you've worked on one of these pairs
you should get the newest apertium and make clean and make in the data
dir. Having two pardefs with the same name means it's basically
undefined which one is used, which can be frustrating and confusing.
