Nancy, No need to be embarrassed. One of our API's secondary systems, which is required for adding venues, was accidently offline for the last few days. Unfortunately we did not have an alert in place to notify us of the failure. The service is now back online.
Please don't hesitate to contact us if you run into any more problems. - John Tantalo, Eventful On Mar 7, 2011, at 10:39 AM, Nancy Tubbs wrote: > This is a bit embarrassing, but I'm again having problems adding new venues. > In the past couple days I've been getting this for any new venue (all in the > US): > > Invalid parameter > Can't add a venue in the unknown country name 'United States'. > > Here's a sample post: > > "name" value="Electric Cloud" > "address" value="676 W.
