answer most of what I wanted to know, and even more.
I was especially pleased to learn about the APNIC policies regarding
geography-related policies, which I knew nothing specific about until
now.
The only other question I might like to ask is: Approximately how many
instances have there been of memberships being terminated, and resources
reclaimed, for reasons other than the non-payment of fees?
