Hi Everyone, First thanks to Apollo team making this wonderful tool. I have a problem in using it. I have predicted genes using different prediction tools for my sequence. Now the problem is that I want to change the sequence of my tiers like presently Genscan results are below the Fgensh results. I want to put Genscan above Fgensh.please tell me how to do it. I am using Ensembl gff file format for representing the data. Thanks in advance.
