Hi Ed, Jonathan and folks at the help desk,
I am a new user of Apollo and am exploring its many features. I am working with apples and other Rosaceae and would like to use Apollo to manually curate genes of interest. I like your gene features but I am also interested in non-gene features like repeat sequences, SNPs, MITES etc. Your manual does not explain how to identify, or in my case, how to highlight these features. Any words of advice would be helpful. Gordon
