Hi Gordon,

You can use the Annotation menu to view all available annotations.
The background color will match that of the annotation type
e.g., if you set up transposons to be green, they'll have a green
background in the Annotation menu.  You can then just click on
the annotation name and it will take you directly to it, zoomed
in.  Hope this helps.
