Hi Jean Marc, In Ontario, you need to have a Grower Pesticide Safety Certificate to purchase pesticides registered for commercial use. However, the choice of pesticide products is up to the grower, who is, of course, restricted by the label as to what can be used on the crop. No prescriptions yet that I am aware of.
