    Does the person with the 5.25 inch disk still have an Apple?  If so, it
should be possible to make an image of the disk.  The image file could then be
handled by any system that can extract files from an Apple ][ image file.

    If the disk owner now longer has an Apple ][, then the disk will have to
be shipped to someone with the necessary equipment.  I can extract files from
5.25 inch disks and e-mail them wherever desired.  Or, put them on Mac or
MS/DOS format 3.5 inch disks.
