Oh, the joy of calling tech support. ^_^ I hate having to call tech support when I have cable problems... And I swear... my cable service has gone out far too many times and I don't want to think about the "tech support" calls I had to endure before they started improving their support system. (it's actually a bit more helpfull now than it used to be)

Anyway, good luck is about all I can say.

I have not called my ISP.

I really tend to think that the problem is not with the ISP. Verizon is a
huge company, and they are one of (if not *the*) the leaders in providing
DSL service-- at least in the U.S. Like I said, I have had absolutely no
trouble with *any other* website which is why I tend to think that it is
something on the webserver's end of things. I will, however, try another
browser just to see what happens.

If I ever do try calling Verizon, I can almost guarantee I will be asked
questions along the lines of "Are you sure you are entering the URL
correctly?" and told things like "Make sure your computer is hooked up to
the Internet before you attempt to access a webpage!"

I suppose by the lack of response to my original inquiry that no one else
has had any trouble accessing the site...

Oh... "even the webmaster seems bewildered" .... you allready tried
reaching Alex Lee. Have you tried calling your ISP's tech support
line? Anyway.... if you do try another browser I'd suggest Firefox as
it is a very nice one. <http://www.mozilla.org/products/firefox/>
