Oh, to have a choice. That day may come someday... but as of right now
there is only one cable company here... and I can't get DSL here.
Monopolies suck.

(actually CableAZ, here in Arizona) tech support people have been both
extremely helpful and immediately responsive on the several occasions
that I have had to contact them about my iMac-related cable problems.
