Pardon my asking, but why a Apple //c+ vs. a plain 'ol //c? Is it the
faster speed, perhaps (4MHz vs. 1MHz)?
One thing you may want to pay particular attention to: apparently the //c+
shipped with two different keyboard versions:

If you're planning on doing programming, it might well be worth your while
to seek out one with the non-mushy keyboard. [shrugs]
Of course, keyboards are one of those things subject to strong personal
preferences. Myself, I spew using an IBM Model M whenever possible because
there is simply no "crisper" keyboard available.
Unfortunately, there is also no noisier keyboard available, either. You
don't see too many quotes like this concerning keyboards these days:
"I'm gonna use this Model M until it drives all my coworkers INSANE." --Mr.
