Oh, I definitely agree. I doubt anyone will bid.
Only a nutcase like myself would consider bidding on a computer at that
price.
But if it's in museum-quality mint condition like he says, it might be
worth it for me. I kind of collect older Apple computers, and I've
never even seen an Apple I in person.
But the whole point is moot, since that is way more money than I have
to throw at something like this. If I had $20,000 to throw out, there
are plenty of things that take precedence at this point...

I have no relation to the seller, but I think it's a rare enough
occurrence to warrant posting the link. If I had that kind of money
to spare, I would consider it. I think it's probably a bit steep as
a starting point, but as a collector of vintage computers, it might
be worth it for me.
