The designer of the TransWarp/TransWarpGS and the founder of AE are friends
of mine.  If there were enough demand, we could probably get them to produce
a batch.  I don't know how many it would take to make it profitable, but I
suspect the number is between 200 and 1000.  Parts availability (especially
CPUs) could be an issue, and the designer may be too busy, but if there is
enough interest, I'll ask him.
