Not only are you misinterpreting what I said, but now you are trying to plant doubts my honesty without any grounds to do so. While I did write the word "destitute", I could have said "not destitute" and it would have meant the same thing to you because you took the word out of context. For the record, I said "for people bordering on destitute". Not once did you ask Gary what he was interested in using his Apple IIgs for, and not once did he mention what he wanted to use it for, so none of us know what sort of memory requirements he has to satisfy. If he does have a 1 MB card and the RAM to populate it, he may even have everything he needs now! And if you call using the resources at hand cheap, well, it is clear why the world has the problems it has ...
