Other than the color of the case, I don't think so. IIRC, you do need to put
Apple 3.5" drives first, then 5.25" (Apple 5.25 or Unidisk/Duodisk) drives,
and any Unidisk 3.5 drive last.

Mind you, it's been a long time since I worked with //s regularly, it's
possibly my memory is faulty.
