The creation of the bank accounts (unfortunately) is still done through calling aqbanking's GUI wizard, which as we know is qt-based. The only other possibility to create bank accounts is to use the command line aqhbci-tool ( http://linuxwiki.de/AqBanking ), and once the accounts are set up, you should be able to use them from either aqbanking-tool or moneysplash or qbankmanager or gnucash.
