Anyway, I will add a flag to the OFX user which will make the OFX
backend not
send the bank id...
Not so sure that's a good idea. Maybe: don't send it unless it's a 9
digit RTN, as I think bank account connections may require the ID.
There may also be some cases where you have to send aux1 as FID for
ofx credit card connections to work. However, some of the aux1's are
nonnumeric (and thus can't be an FID) themselves.
I sure wish banks really believed in standardization...
