No, this doesn't have to do anything with your card since you are using 
Pin/Tan here.

So the question is: What were you really trying to do? The logs you sent 
suggest you were trying to setup a pin/tan account.

If you want to setup a DDV card account you must use "import chipcard" instead 
of "pin/tan".
