The default "show me terminal window when dialling" should be Off
(for me
I don't have success when it is On ...).
The default "Send Referrer Information" should also be Off (this
causes some
redirection stuff to not work for me ...).
One MAJOR problem for newbies is that, when first installing
Arachne, the
user MUST exit after initial configuration - if instead, a dial is
attempted at
this point, Arachne crashes severely and corrupts the directory!
Therefore,
this problem should be fixed (ideally) or the user must be forced to
exit
following installation (for their own safety!).
There are some other minor problems which no doubt you already know
about (garbage quick-start file name; no mouse cursor highlight if
standard
VGA mode is chosen) ... but the most serious problem is stability (I
have
sent some information about this to "xchaos" - should I have sent
this
here, instead?).
